Swami Aishvaryananda Saraswati was an ardent student of Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati, the founder of AIM for Seva. Swami Aishvaryananda Saraswati completed the three-year Vedanta course from the Arshya Vidya Gurukulam in Anaikatti, Tamil Nadu, in 1998, and has since been engaged in the study and teaching of Vedanta, as well as seva. He is the coordinator for all AIM for Seva projects (11 Chatralayas and 2 schools) in Madhya Pradesh.

Ms. Debjani Dutt has an M.A. (Eng. Literature), a B.Ed and a Diploma in Teaching and Montessori Methods. She is proficient in teaching and administration at Montessori and Middle School levels. She is also qualified and experienced in co-scholastic activities. Ms. Debjani Dutt is trained in Rabindra Sangeet, Shastriya Sangeet and Nazrool Geet; Rabindra Nritya, Katthak Nritya and Odishi Nritya.
